Position: Full-time
Pay: $25–$28/hour + uncapped commission
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team. We fabricate and install custom metal railings for commercial and multifamily projects throughout Washington.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in construction or building materials sales
Ability to read construction plans
Experience calling on general contractors and subcontractors
Ability to manage projects from bid through installation

Role Description This is a full-time, on‑site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Puget Sound area. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, generating and qualifying leads, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, preparing estimates, following up on leads, maintaining accounts, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to drive growth and capture new opportunities
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to deliver positive experiences and solutions
Experience in Account Management to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients effectively
Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented, and goal‑focused environment
Previous experience in sales for construction or metal fabrication industries is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or related fields are advantageous
