Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems, network servers, and virtualization environments. The ideal candidate ensures that our IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and fully optimized to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance: Manage, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, and core network services (DNS, DHCP).
Cloud Integration: Support and administer cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS).
Infrastructure & Security: Monitor system performance, implement security protocols, manage backups, and ensure data integrity across all server-side operations.
Troubleshooting & Support: Provide tier 2/3 technical support for complex infrastructure issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and IT policies.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 3+ years of experience in system administration or a similar infrastructure-focused role.
Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, enterprise server-side fundamentals, and Active Directory management.
Cloud Knowledge: Practical experience with cloud technologies, migration, and hybrid cloud management.
Networking: Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, and VPNs).
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
This position requires in-person availability at our Phoenix, AZ office for a hybrid schedule
All Nlets employees must undergo a 10-Print FBI Criminal Background Check prior to employment and every 3 years during employment.
Salary: $65300 - $96600 per year
