Seeking a Sales Manager for one of the nation's largest distributors within the flow control and process controls market. What You\'ll Do: Manage a team of sales reps Develop and maintain your own account base Responsible for overall productivity and effectiveness of sales organization Establish sales targets, develop strategic plans, analyze performance metrics, ensure consistent execution of company policies Cover territory from Appleton to Madison area Your Experience/Skills: Experience in flow control industry - pumps, instrumentation, & solid knowledge of valves / valve automation Track record of leading and developing sales teams Technical capacity / mechanical aptitude Strong leadership and negotiation skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree (or equivalent experience) Experience in Outside Sales / Account Manager / Territory Manager within industrial marketplace
