Lead and manage multiple projects/programs simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic goals. Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics. Develop and maintain integrated program plans, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. Drive execution across cross-functional teams including technology, business, and external partners. Monitor and report program performance, ensuring milestones, budget, and quality targets are met. Provide proactive issue resolution and risk management across program initiatives.
Scrum / Agile LeadershipServe as Scrum Manager / Scrum Master for Agile teams. Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives). Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement. Remove impediments and ensure teams maintain high velocity and efficiency. Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure alignment with business goals. Promote transparency through Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and reporting dashboards.
Business Case Development & Strategic PlanningDevelop detailed business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and risk assessments. Partner with stakeholders to define value propositions and strategic justification for programs. Translate business needs into actionable program roadmaps and delivery plans. Support portfolio planning and prioritization activities.
Executive Communication & Leadership EngagementCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes clearly to senior stakeholders. Facilitate executive reviews, steering committees, and decision-making forums. Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across varying levels of leadership.
Stakeholder & Team CollaborationBuild strong relationships across business units, IT, and leadership teams. Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and delivery success. Mentor and guide team members on best practices in program and Agile delivery.
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field (master's preferred). 7+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum roles (Scrum Master or Agile Lead). Proven experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional programs. Strong experience in business case development and financial analysis. Demonstrated ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations.
Preferred QualificationsPMP, PgMP, Scrum Master (CSM/SAFe) certification or equivalent. Experience working in hospitality, travel, or vacation ownership industries. Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira. Experience with portfolio management and governance frameworks.
