We’re seeking a data analyst to automate reporting and build dashboards that provide actionable insights into learning engagement and outcomes. Responsibilities
Extract and analyze data from L&D platforms, including WorkRamp, LinkedIn Learning, CultureAmp, and Qualtrics. Partner with business technology and data teams to access and automate data from the data warehouse. Build and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Amazon QuickSight or Looker. Automate recurring reports and ensure self-serve analytics are available for leadership and key stakeholders. Qualifications
Hands-on experience in data analysis, dashboard development, and report automation. Proficiency in BI tools (QuickSight, Looker, or similar). Experience working with data warehouses and API-based data extraction. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
