IT Support Engineer I, IT Services Summit Net Trekker is an IT services provider in the heart of Colorado ski country. Our primary business is managed IT services or outsourced IT. We design, install, and support the latest computer and networking technologies to help our clients succeed in their businesses. And we love our mountains and the activities they offer! This position helps design, deploy, and maintain the latest IT technologies. You will also manage and secure data and solve problems. We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team and build and manage our internal and client IT infrastructures. This individual should be knowledgeable, creative, and hardworking and help provide exceptional customer service in a team environment. Salary: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year Benefits: Health Insurance, Simple IRA 3% match, Paid Time Off, Training Responsibilities
Design, deploy, and maintain IT technologies. Manage and secure data and troubleshoot issues. Provide exceptional customer service in a team environment. Qualifications
Experience in managing IT equipment. Understanding of computer networking. Microsoft Office 365 management. Frontline customer service skills. Travel between clients in Summit County, CO. Management of support tickets, maintenance schedules, work orders, and opportunities. Experience in technical support and maintenance; A+ Certification. A positive work ethic and good interpersonal skills.
