We’re looking for a *Product Owner* to take ownership of the ongoing engineering management of our Kraken platforms.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring our products remain stable, compliant, and continuously improving post-deployment. Acting as the central point for product-related changes and queries, you’ll balance operational needs, engineering priorities, and customer outcomes.
*What You’ll Be Doing*
* Own and manage the product backlog, including enhancements, fixes, and customer-driven changes
* Oversee engineering change requests (ECR), ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised, and delivered effectively
* Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to implement and track changes
* Ensure all changes are verified, validated, and documented before release
* Support certification and compliance activities, including updates to safety documentation
* Troubleshoot complex issues and support ongoing platform performance
* Maintain accurate product documentation and configuration control

* Collaboratively with engineering, operations, and safety teams
* Pragmatically, balancing technical detail with business priorities

* Transparently, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
* Adaptively in a fast-paced, operational environment
*What We’re Looking For*
* Experience in Product Ownership, Engineering, or a similar role
* Strong understanding of change management and configuration control
* Experience working in complex or regulated environments (advantageous)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands

Ability to commute/relocate:
* Fareham, Hampshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
