Top Guy Footwear is a women's and kids shoe wholesaler that has been operating for over 20 years out of City of Industry, CA (91789). We are seeking a full-time in-house Sales Representative to join our team. As a sales representative you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of footwear and apparel companies worldwide. Ideal candidates will have previous sales experience.
Job responsibilities: Build relationships with existing customers and strategize for increased business partnership.
Reach out to new and high opportunity customers, introducing them to our brands and products.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and keep customer account information updated.
Oversee all order details, fulfillment and delivery according to customer requirements.
Relay customer feedback and market trends to management to support product development.
Attend trade shows and schedule appointments with customers to introduce new styles.
Requirements: Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Highly organized, detailed and goal-oriented
Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficient with PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Able to travel domestically for trade shows (2 times a year)
Wholesale shoe industry experience preferred
