Field Sales & Warehouse Operations Representative Location: Jackson, MS
Job Type: Full‑Time 40+ hours per week
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Central Time
Compensation
3% to 5% commission on each sale. The average ticket sale is $6,000.
Expected earnings of approximately $650 to $1,200 per week, depending on performance and sales volume.
Estimated annual income of approximately $45,000-$60,000, with top performers earning more.
$400 per week base pay.

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated, organized, and customer‑focused Field Sales & Warehouse Operations Representative to join our growing team in Jackson, Mississippi.
This is a hands‑on role that combines sales, customer service, warehouse operations, and field visits. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, is comfortable driving a truck and trailer, and is willing to assist with warehouse operations and job site visits.
The successful candidate will spend a significant portion of their time contacting and meeting with customers, visiting job sites, presenting our products, supporting sales efforts, and assisting with day‑to‑day warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service
Respond to incoming leads generated through website inquiries, phone calls, emails, and marketing campaigns.
Contact prospective customers by phone, text message, and email.
Follow up with leads and assist customers throughout the sales process.
Conduct site visits and meet with potential customers when needed.
Explain shelter options, pricing, installation requirements, and financing options.
Assist with preparing customer quotes and invoices when needed.
Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records in company systems including Monday.com, Dropbox, and QuickBooks.
Field Operations & Site Visits
Safely operate a company‑owned Ram 2500 ¾‑ton truck and 20‑foot trailer while traveling to customer locations, job sites, and installation projects.
Visit job sites to gather measurements, photos, and installation information.
Evaluate site conditions and identify potential installation challenges.
Represent the company professionally during customer visits.
Assist with occasional deliveries and customer support activities.
Warehouse Operations
Occasionally receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
Monitor inventory levels and report material shortages.
Conduct quality inspections of shelters.
Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment.
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, warehouse operations, construction, or a related field.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Ability and willingness to drive a company truck and trailer regularly.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person.
Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
Self‑motivated and results‑driven.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in construction, home improvement, equipment rental, or building materials sales.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management.
OSHA certification or willingness to complete OSHA training.
Comfortable using computers, mobile devices, and business software applications. Company will provide a computer and a cellphone.
Experience using CRM systems, QuickBooks, Monday.com, or similar software.
Additional Expectations
Availability for occasional after‑hours customer calls when necessary.
Availability for occasional weekend site visits or customer meetings.
Ability to work effectively under pressure during busy periods.
