Key Responsibilities
Actively engage in selling products and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Support the SM and ASM in managing the store team, including training and development.
Assist in daily store operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Uphold high standards of customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
Help manage inventory, including stocking, organizing, and ensuring product availability.
Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards and product displays.
Help monitor sales performance and contribute to meeting store targets.
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in retail sales or a supervisory role.
Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership potential with a team‑oriented mindset.
Familiarity with retail operations and inventory management.
High school diploma required; some college or retail management training preferred.
