Read, analyze, understand and interpret information from a variety of sources. Develop and maintain business relationships with all Ditch Witch dealers and promote sales of Ditch Witch products. Assist Regional Managers in planning and conducting sales training programs, including equipment demonstrations, dealership training events, and customer‑delivered training events. Demonstrate Ditch Witch equipment: select suitable sites, set up and operate equipment, locate existing utilities, and explain features and benefits. Troubleshoot problems with heavy construction equipment; monitor performance, run system tests, diagnose issues and correct problems. Maintain positive professional relationships with dealers, customers and factory personnel. Make presentations to groups, gathering, organizing and effectively communicating technical information. Travel with Regional Managers and Sales/Training Specialists up to 50% of the time; use rental and company vehicles as required. Work in outdoor environments, including all weather conditions, and in proximity to utilities, machinery and construction site hazards. Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required. 2‑5 years of experience in Product Sales Support II level, or 5‑9+ years in Product Sales Support III level, in a training and sales context. High level of technical expertise related to the underground industry and Ditch Witch product line. Ability to operate and demonstrate heavy construction equipment in dynamic field conditions. Excellent communication skills; ability to present technical information to groups and individuals. Proficient computer skills and record‑keeping abilities. Valid driver’s license; willing to acquire a CDL if necessary. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Benefits
