Base salary: $34,000 (Texas) Uncapped commissions with targeted earnings up to $56,000+ annually $5,000 sign‑on bonus 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Health, dental, vision, life and STD insurance Paid time off: 80+ hours per year, increasing with tenure Floating holidays: 40 hours per year Paid holidays: 7 days Paid sick leave (per state/local laws) Tuition reimbursement program Employee discount program Schedule
Work schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday with weekend flexibility as needed. Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, and generate sales within an assigned territory Identify and sell appropriate products and services to meet customer needs Engage in technical discussions through demonstrations and presentations Execute the sales strategy to increase sales within territories Prepare sales information for customers Distribute marketing material and participate in special sales events Remain knowledgeable and up‑to‑date on product/service line changes Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Proficiency in Microsoft products Sales or telecommunications experience (preferred) Strong communication, relationship building, organizational, presentation, and influence skills Motivated, self‑starter, comfortable working autonomously Detail‑oriented with excellent time‑management skills Sales‑quota driven mindset Ability to work outdoors, on the hunt, in a fast‑paced field environment About Astound
