SUMMARY SUMMARY:
This position provides advanced marketing support by developing, implementing, and managing various marketing projects in support of sales campaigns, product development, and corporate communications (internally and externally). This position will research market data, interpret trends and forecast potential impacts of various marketing programs and strategies. When necessary, this role will assist with creation and distribution of Investor Relations materials and reports.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing Project Manager is a project execution expert who is responsible for supporting the end-to-end life cycle of moderate complexity, often multichannel, marketing campaigns
Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget
Manage assigned business lines/branches and provide marketing strategic plan and execution
Create and/or distribute marketing, sales reports, and forecasting information
Schedule appointments, arrange travel and reservations for the marketing team
Direct interaction with customers, vendors and associates via phone, letter, fax and voicemail
Assist in the coordination of Marketing's special meetings and presentations
Serve as the special events' coordinator for any Corporate or Community events that Farmers National Banc Corp or its subsidiaries in which the company may participate
Provide marketing, product placement and utilization assistance and training to various departments
Manage various community giving programs and coordinate assistance in Corporate participation
Responsible for maintaining the company website, including updates, banner changes, new features, social media management and some investor relations
Research, create, implement and evaluate various marketing/product related programs
Maintain all Master Central Information File (MCIF) data including Household (HH) information, on-boarding, sales forecasts, and profitability
Executes marketing plans with a focus on retail, credit, and wealth management
Record minutes for various marketing meetings
Create Investor Relations (IR) materials, reports and proposals
Write, and/or edit, press releases, internal and external communications and advertising copy
Ensure that all marketing materials meet/exceed compliance guidelines prior to release/distribution
Manage department email from internal and external sources
Manage other marketing related activities/projects as necessary
Complete all mandatory and elective training, including BSA (Bank Secrecy Act) and Anti-Money Laundering procedures. Maintain compliance with all appropriate rules and regulations.
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement of this position
Complete all other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing required
Minimum of four (4) years sales/marketing experience in a similar industry
Reliable personal transportation is required due to the occasional need to travel to various locations throughout the company footprint on an as-needed basis. Travel may be up to 20% of the time during peak business periods
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, employees and the general public
Must be able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and determine valid conclusions and/or options
Demonstrate the ability to interpret a variety of instructions (verbal or written) and correctly understand the expected results
Must have strong communication skills, including the ability to proactively approach others and negotiate terms and conditions related to projects and assignments
Proven ability to multitask effectively
Strong computer skills are required, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
