Leads website design, implementation, and maintenance, including:
Periodic redesign efforts (choosing vendor, collaborating with design team and key Parish stakeholders, community rollout, etc.)
Managing rollover tasks each school year (content refreshes, data updates, etc.)
Training content administrators from other departments
Troubleshooting (including in support of “content administrators” from other departments) and integration with other related vendors as well as with vendor for larger scope technical issues
An integral part of the storytelling team, collaborates with leaders and key stakeholders across campuses and the Parish community to develop and execute internal and external digital content to engage and inspire audiences, aligning with the School’s goals, as well as managing the School’s digital marketing and communication footprint, including:
Managing official school social media handles/platforms as well as providing guidance for maintaining and monitoring faculty/staff, program and student‑run/faculty‑sponsored social media accounts
Video (including live‑streaming key events) and podcast production
Managing social media and SEO/PPC campaigns and associated vendor relationships
Managing traditional advertising creation
Participate in professional development activities.
Participate in cross‑functional projects, including support of school portal resource boards.
Qualifications / Experience:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
A minimum of three to five years’ experience in a similar position preferred.
Job Knowledge:
Knowledge of content management systems (CMS).
Ability to shoot, edit and package video and podcast content.
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and pay‑per‑click (PPC).
Understanding of Google Analytics with the ability to assess and use analysis to identify trends and opportunities to direct future strategy.
Experience working collaboratively.
Skills in technology and marketing, and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud software applications.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills to productively, professionally and empathetically communicate with students, parents, the entire school community and wide variety of school constituents.
Demonstrates openness to feedback and effectively navigates complex interpersonal dynamics and challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
An extremely well‑organized, detail‑oriented individual who has a high energy level together with an accompanying sense of urgency.

Training and Marginal Duties:
Attends Department meetings.
Attends School Functions as needed.
Attends Chapel.
Participate in all requisite School trainings.
Attend required staff development, training sessions, and job‑related professional development opportunities.
Acknowledge receipt of the current Employee Handbook and are responsible for reviewing the contents and abiding by rules, policies and procedures stated in the Handbook or otherwise by the School.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Regularly works in standard office or classroom conditions and climate.
Regularly uses close and distance vision, including working at a computer screen for extended periods of time; ability to observe students from various distances.
Frequently required to move around the campus/office/classroom; works at a desk for extended periods of time.
Ability to occasionally move items weighing up to 30 lbs. across the campus/classroom/office.
Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with students, fellow staff and community members.
