About the role Entry level sales at TQL provides an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader that offers an award‑winning culture and high earning potential with uncapped commission. The role involves building relationships, negotiating freight deals, solving complex logistics issues and managing shipments from pickup to delivery. No experience is required; a paid, hands‑on formal training program in sales and logistics is provided.

$40,000 – $50,000 minimum compensation in the first year, based on education

What You’ll Do
Receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
Help account executives solve customer needs, find carriers for time‑sensitive freight, and manage daily operations
Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
Build your book: meet sales metrics to qualify for commission, establish relationships to close new customers, negotiate prices with customers and carriers, and resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
