What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and supporting enterprise backup solutions
Maintaining and optimizing VMware ESXi environments
Designing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure
Managing SharePoint Online and associated integrations
Supporting multi‑cluster Kubernetes environments
Collaborating with security teams to implement and maintain compliance controls
Supporting NIST 800‑171 and NIST 800‑53 aligned environments
Managing complex Okta deployments and identity solutions
Designing and implementing Okta Flows
Supporting escalated technical issues alongside service desk and endpoint teams
Automating infrastructure and operational workflows through scripting
Supporting multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Participating in occasional after‑hours and weekend support when required
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, DevOps, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
4+ years of Systems Administration or Infrastructure Engineering experience
2+ years of broader IT experience
Azure Fundamentals certification
Experience managing Azure, AWS, and VMware/ESXi environments
Familiarity with NIST security frameworks
Strong Linux and shell scripting knowledge
Proficiency with Bash, Python, and PowerShell
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Self‑motivated and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
U.S. Person status required
Preferred Experience
Azure Administrator Associate certification
Terraform and Infrastructure‑as‑Code experience
Aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industry experience
Multi‑site network administration
Windows Server administration
Multi‑tenant Microsoft 365 environments
Hybrid Active Directory environments
MacOS administration
Intune and Jamf Pro MDM platforms
Kubernetes production environments
