Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience)
Bachelor's degree with certification in reading or endorsement.
Four years of classroom teaching experience.
Understanding of instructional design and familiarity with a variety of technology applications.
Ability to plan and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes and implement instructional change.
Demonstrated expertise in reading/literacy.
Florida Teaching Certificate or Endorsement in Reading.
FL DOE Elementary Education K-6 certification and Reading Endorsement required.
Must be in an approved Bench Coach Academy or commit to enrolling and completing the program.
Responsibilities Plan and facilitate group work to implement instructional change and work collaboratively with teachers.
Candidate Profile Energetic, with natural leadership skills, and a desire to thrive in a 7 Habits, Leader in Me School.
Other Notes Future vacancy; position will not start until school year 2026/2027.
