We are looking for a motivated and results-driven SDR (Sales Development Representative) to support business growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. This role is responsible for prospecting, outreach, lead generation, and setting appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
Conduct outbound outreach through email, calls, and social platforms
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of outreach and lead activity
Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation efforts
Meet outreach and performance goals
Stay updated on products, services, and industry trends
Requirements
Experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in outreach and relationship building
Ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Goal‑oriented mindset and problem‑solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
