Responsibilities
The administration, maintenance, security, and support of the Department’s computer systems, networks, servers, hardware, software, and specialized law enforcement technology.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Supporting cybersecurity initiatives.
Managing user access.
Maintaining network infrastructure.
Assisting with server administration, cloud‑based services, virtualization, backups.
Implementing new technologies.
Qualifications
At least seven (7) years of professional network administration experience with at least 18 college credits in a related field, OR
A bachelor’s degree in a related field and three (3) years of professional experience.
Industry‑recognized IT certifications.
Experience supporting law enforcement or municipal technology systems is preferred.
Salary and Application Salary range: $74,608–$122,034.
