What You’ll Do Data Science
Work within an agile team to design complex analytics models and algorithms that drive organizational solutions.
Develop statistical and machine learning models, including classification, regression, clustering, and time‑series methodologies.
Conduct causal inference analyses (Difference‑in‑Differences, Synthetic Control, geo experiments) and study designs.
Analyze large datasets to discover trends and build reproducible, interpretable, scalable models integrated into analytics products.
Effectively communicate complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
Deliver actionable insights through advanced statistical analysis, trend identification, and performance measurement.
Data Analytics
Quantitatively analyze ambiguous problems using large datasets (prescription, medical claims, longitudinal patient data).
Build models and dashboards to monitor and optimize business performance, support decisions, and forecast revenue.
Advance analytical tools to improve data impact and operational efficiency.
Ensure accuracy and timely completion of deliverables while managing multiple projects.
Perform data analysis in local warehouses using advanced SQL.
Maintain and update reports and dashboards on current data platforms.
Strategic Insights & Problem Solving
Become a trusted advisor and source of truth for the ADC organization.
Interpret data trends and present data‑driven strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Formulate analytical strategies to address customer needs, solve business problems, achieve marketing objectives, and create new opportunities.
Teamwork and Collaboration
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on objectives, expectations, timelines, and action plans.
Communicate and collaborate effectively across teams to foster teamwork and partnerships.
Create an environment of trust, candor, and co‑elevation principles.
Take accountability and support colleagues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Minimum 9 years of related experience, including 5+ years in commercial or market analytics.
Proficiency in machine learning for clustering, classification, regression, anomaly detection, simulation, and optimization on large datasets.
Hands‑on experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, H2O.ai, cloud AI platforms, and containerization.
Experience with enterprise market analytics, data management/mining, financial modeling, and market forecasting.
Experience working with medical claims or longitudinal patient data.
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under aggressive timelines.
Strong strategic thinking, executive presence, and attention to detail.
Advanced communication and presentation skills, including creating impactful PowerPoint presentations with visual storytelling.
Deep understanding of analytical tools and dashboarding technologies, data warehousing, software, and applications (SQL, Tableau, AWS, Python, Machine Learning).
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or Statistics.
Strategic consulting experience.
Experience in diabetes, continuous glucose monitoring, or metabolic health; medical device commercial analytics is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare claims data (diagnosis, procedure, prescription, remittance).
Experience with Power BI and Tableau.
Understanding of Amazon Redshift and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with Amazon SageMaker and AWS.
Experience with predictive analytics techniques such as marketing mix modeling, segmentation analysis, and targeting.
Compensation The base pay for this position ranges from $114,000 to $228,000. The actual range may vary by location.
