Solution Sales Specialist – Bluebeam
Overview Your mission is to drive new logo Bluebeam sales in the US. You will identify, engage, and convert high‑potential prospects and existing clients into long‑term partners by leveraging your technical acumen, consultative selling skills, and deep understanding of customer workflows in the AEC sector.
Sales Execution & Pipeline Development
Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through direct sales activities (prospecting, value‑based presentations, online demos).
Manage your book of business and develop tailored solutions that align with customer needs.
Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and develop opportunities within the existing customer base.
Customer Engagement & Success
Lead consultative discovery to understand customer pain points and design value‑driven solutions.
Collaborate with technical and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and solution adoption.
Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.
Strategic Collaboration & Enablement
Act as a subject matter expert, supporting internal teams with product knowledge and sales strategies.
Partner with marketing to co‑create campaigns, customer testimonials, and thought leadership content.
Provide feedback to product teams to inform roadmap and innovation.
Operational Excellence
Maintain accurate and timely CRM data to support forecasting and performance tracking.
Contribute to the global solution sales community and participate in key events and initiatives.

Understanding of AEC/MFG workflows and project‑based environments
Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit) and workflow systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, EDMS)
Familiarity with SaaS and cloud‑based software solutions
Ability to translate technical features into business value
Customer‑Centric Mindset
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Ability to challenge and co‑create with customers
Commitment to customer success and long‑term value realisation
Collaboration & Communication
Cross‑functional teamwork with sales, technical, and marketing teams
Clear, concise, and persuasive communication (written and verbal)
Use of digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Microsoft 365 suite)
Agility & Growth Orientation
Adaptability in a fast‑paced, international environment
Self‑driven with a growth mindset and positive energy
Structured approach with attention to detail and pragmatic problem‑solving
Key Success Indicators
Achievement of sales and margin targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
Growth in new customer acquisition and expansion within existing accounts
High customer satisfaction and solution adoption rates
Quality and accuracy of CRM data and reporting
Active contribution to marketing, product feedback, and community engagement
Compensation
Variable Pay Mix: 40%
On Target Earning (OTE) Targeted Revenue: $100k – $140k USD
