We are looking for a hands-on IT Support professional to join a small, collaborative technology team supporting a fast-paced office environment. This individual will play a key role in delivering high-touch, “white-glove” support to employees at all levels, including senior leadership. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes full ownership of their work. You’ll have the opportunity to operate as a well-rounded IT generalist, contribute to small projects, and grow into a broader technical role over time. Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day desktop and end-user support within a primarily Windows-based environment Deliver responsive, high-quality support to all users, including executives, with a strong focus on professionalism and service Manage and track incoming requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and visibility into trends and performance Act as a key point of coordination with a managed services provider, helping prioritize, track, and close out escalated tickets across areas such as desktop, telephony, printers, and infrastructure Assist in coordinating infrastructure-related initiatives, including networking, server updates, and cybersecurity efforts handled by external partners Partner with internal development resources to support system access, environment setup, and infrastructure needs Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware procurement and related support Contribute to small-scale IT projects, owning tasks from planning through execution Supporting ~100+ end users in an on-site setting Working closely with one additional internal IT team member Backed by an external MSP for escalations and specialized support Opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and expand scope over time Qualifications & Experience
4–8+ years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering roles Strong experience supporting Windows environments and end-user systems Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams), and Active Directory (on-prem and/or hybrid) Exposure to hybrid cloud environments and cloud-based tools Familiarity with SSO and secure access to third-party applications Experience supporting or coordinating networking and server-related initiatives Working knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting tools is a plus Exposure to platforms such as SharePoint, SQL, or AWS is beneficial Ideal Candidate Profile
Polished, professional, and service-oriented with a “white-glove” support mentality Self-starter who can work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight Comfortable owning small projects and driving them to completion Strong communicator who can effectively interact with both technical and non-technical users Team-oriented, with a practical understanding of when to resolve internally vs. elevate Adaptable and motivated, with a desire to learn and grow within the role
