Position Summary As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide direct resident care and support with daily activities while promoting comfort, dignity, and independence. You will work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure residents receive the highest quality of care. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Monitor and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and mental conditions Assist with transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility needs Maintain accurate documentation as required Ensure resident rooms and care areas remain clean, safe, and organized Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures Promote a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and families
Qualifications
Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required Current CPR certification preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
