Role Description This full‑time Route Sales Representative role is a hybrid position based in Youngstown, OH, with some work‑from‑home flexibility for administrative and follow‑up tasks. The Route Sales Representative will manage an assigned customer route, ensuring accurate and timely delivery and pickup of uniforms and related products. Responsibilities include maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing service issues, identifying customer needs, and promoting additional products and services. The role also involves loading and unloading products, conducting inventory checks, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate records using company systems. The Route Sales Representative will collaborate with internal teams to resolve service concerns and support overall route growth and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Customer service and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a diverse customer base.
Sales, upselling, or account management experience, including the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Organizational and time‑management skills to handle route planning, scheduling, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
Basic computer and mobile device skills for route management, record‑keeping, and use of company software and communication tools.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and the ability to safely operate company vehicles as required by the role.
Ability to perform the physical aspects of the job, including lifting, carrying, and moving garments and products in various weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in route sales, delivery, or service‑based roles is preferred but not required.
Reliable, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently while adhering to safety, quality, and company policies.
