Performance Analytics Associate
to support a rapidly growing Private Markets platform. This role sits within a highly visible finance team responsible for performance measurement, analytics, and reporting across private equity funds, co-investments, and separately managed accounts. It offers strong exposure to investment teams, senior leadership, and investor-facing deliverables.
Responsibilities
Calculate and analyze fund and portfolio-level performance across private markets strategies
Produce key performance metrics including IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, and time-weighted returns
Support portfolio analytics, attribution analysis, and performance tracking
Partner with investment, finance, and investor relations teams on performance reporting and ad hoc analysis
Validate cash flows and ensure accuracy of inputs into performance models
Assist with performance-related materials for investor reporting and RFPs
Contribute to process improvements and enhancement of performance frameworks
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in performance analytics, fund accounting, valuation, or related finance roles
Strong understanding of private markets performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, DPI, TVPI, etc.)
Exposure to private equity, private credit, or alternative investment structures preferred
Solid foundation in accounting and/or finance principles
Advanced Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets
Strong communication skills with ability to interact across teams
