What You’ll Do
Create and manage sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progression of leads through sales cycle with sales team. Corporate Initiatives and Sales Support
Assist the estimating team in preparing and submitting accurate and timely bids and proposals
Setup and maintain project files, drawings, and paperwork (quotes, purchase orders, receipts, invoices)
Ensure contract information is entered correctly into Salesforce
Act as a liaison between customer and internal departments including sales, detailing, operations, superintendents, shop, etc.
Act as a secondary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
Review all pending estimates in Salesforce on a weekly basis with sales and leadership team
Assist in preparing reports for Sales Manager as requested. (Bid Schedule; Pending Estimates, pending jobs, contract approvals, construction start schedule)
What You’ll Need
1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or construction-related roles preferred
Must have an excellent work ethic, attention to detail, communication and organizational skills
Accurate and timely entry of purchase and sale details into computer system
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
Your Education
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience is required
