Primary Duties
Develop and maintain automated and manual test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Conduct functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing, SI, and Smoke testing.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline CI/CD processes using tools like Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
Monitor and manage Salesforce environments and releases across sandboxes and production. Implement DevOps best practices to improve deployment efficiency and reduce errors.
Analyze test results, identify bugs, and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards during deployment and testing.
Minimum Qualifications
BS / BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
2+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and/or DevOps roles.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and APIs.
Experience with test/DevOps automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, Gearset).
Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD tools, and deployment processes.
Preferred KSA’s
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA best practices, and test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with CI/CD principles and tools such as Jenkins, Git, Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, and Salesforce DX.
Understanding of data security, privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and how they apply to Salesforce solutions in the healthcare industry.
Proficiency in scripting for test automation (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or Apex for testing frameworks).
Skilled in using QA tools such as Selenium, Provar, TestNG, Postman, or Workbench.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and deployment plans.
Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capability to articulate complex technical issues to a diverse audience.
Physical Requirements
Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboards. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.
