Project Coordinator - III

We are seeking a sharp, adaptable Project Coordinator to support fast-moving multilingual AI quality programs. This role will help scale operationally complex quality initiatives across multiple languages and AI use cases.

You will own the operational execution of the quality audit program coordinating across vendors, managing task pipelines, troubleshooting tooling issues in real time, and delivering data-driven quality reporting.

This is a highly dynamic, hands-on role working closely with cutting-edge AI tools and platforms. The work directly impacts AI quality and user experience at a global scale.

Task Coordination
  • Manage the task pipeline within the audit platform
  • Identify and escalate bottlenecks, tooling issues, and blocked tasks
  • Triage incoming task requests and validate scope, volume, and feasibility
Quality Reporting & Data Support
  • Pull, organize, and analyze audit data for quality reporting
  • Maintain vendor quality scorecards and performance tracking
  • Prepare quality insights and operational updates for cross-functional stakeholders
Vendor Coordination
  • Manage day-to-day communication with external vendors across concurrent AI audit programs
  • Track deliverables, throughput, and timelines by task and language
  • Monitor quality trends and identify recurring vendor performance patterns
Must-Have Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management or operations within the tech industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with multilingual AI annotation, audit workflows, localization, or internationalization programs
  • Strong technical adaptability with the ability to quickly learn new tools, AI products, and operational workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation, reporting, and async communication
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors or third-party partners across multiple time zones
  • Proven ability to manage deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder communications effectively
Education
  • Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS)
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI and multilingual quality initiatives
