Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud migration programs including DC exit, lift and shift, and phased modernization to Azure.
• Own program governance covering scope, timelines, cost, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate migration of applications, databases, and middleware from onprem environments to Azure (VMs, Azure SQL, AKS, storage, networking).
• Drive collaboration across cloud, security, network, application, DB, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless migration and cutover.
• Oversee DR strategy, resiliency testing, security controls, and compliance as part of migration programs.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps CICD practices, automation, and Azure governance standards during execution.
• Manage vendors and partners, track milestones, and provide executive level reporting and risk mitigation plans.
• Required Skills Experience: 10 years of IT experience with 5 years in Program Large Scale Project Management.
• Proven experience leading Data Center Exit and Lift and Shift migrations from onprem to Azure.
• Strong hands on understanding of Azure infrastructure (VMs, Networking, Storage, Identity, Security, AKS).
• Experience with application migration patterns, replat forming, and cloud readiness assessments.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling, automation, and Infrastructure as Code concepts (Terraform ARM preferred).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
