Project Manager Sr

Location: Owings Mill, MD OR Canton, MD (Once in a week)

Duration: 12 months of contract with possible extension

Looking for a project manager with 3-5 years of experience with Owings Mill, MD

Job Description:

Looking for at least 3 years of relevant PM experience but ideally looking for 5.

Team: Two comm consultants. Emails to members, collateral for community events, social media, put on conferences, etc..

Previous PM left so this is a backfill role.

They do have templates in place already for most projects, but sometimes new projects come onboard so will need to help with creating the plans sometimes.

They use Workfront as project management system (just needs to have experience with some project management systems). Would work with creative department (writers and designers). Needs to have experience working with cross functional team to deliver marketing material on time and on budget. Will be managing the teams who are creating the marketing material to ensure things get done when it needs to get done.

Healthcare experience is nice to have but not required. PM experience in a large org is ideal. PMP is a plus.

Really just looking for a PM with experience working in the marketing department within a large org working directly with marketing teams.

Will need to report to the Canton office in Baltimore one day a week on Wednesdays. This is preference.
