Project Engineering Manager - Substation

We are seeking a Substation Project Engineering Manager to lead the design and execution of high-voltage substation projects. Youll oversee multi-discipline teams, manage quality, budgets, and schedules, and play a key role in client relationships and business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing engineering activities and project deliverables across multiple disciplines.
• Leading teams in the planning, design, and execution of substation projects.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
• Supporting client engagement, proposal development, and business pursuits.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to project staff.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering; P.E. license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience managing EPC or design projects for substations and switchyards.
• Strong understanding of substation design, protection and control, civil/structural elements, and equipment specification.
• Experience with procurement, contracts, and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
