Purpose To proactively support our client network with professionalism and with a key focus on providing high-quality administrative support to Sales Team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, processing and placing orders and creatively solving problems independently delivering quick responses to customer queries.
Following up sales leads, quotes and sample drops with customers.
Processing all customer related admin on the same day received.
Maintaining company customer database.
Answering incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner at all times.
Assisting in processes and procedures for the Sales team.
To complete all relevant paperwork in a professional-like manner on time, every time.
General Duties and Responsibilities
Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Accounts Payable/Receivables experience or Accounting qualification
Previous experience with NetSuite is preferred
