At ALLO, this Inside Sales Representative role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for sales. You will convert incoming phone inquiries into new customers, support First‑Impression Specialists, and tailor conversations to meet each customer’s unique needs across ALLO Fiber products. Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls while actively listening and addressing concerns. Provide friendly and professional customer service, establishing rapport and building trust. Meet or exceed sales targets using effective time management and negotiation skills. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and share best practices. Submit sales through ALLO’s website and schedule installations. Document, track, and follow up on leads via LeadAgent CRM. Operate the NISC customer‑service system and support other department needs as required. Adapt to daily changes and maintain flexibility in a fast‑paced environment. Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent. Inside sales and/or retail sales experience. Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Excellent communication, customer‑service, and listening skills. Ability to learn quickly and grasp new concepts on the job. Self‑starter who stays focused and takes initiative. Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for local events. Requirements
Remain stationary for extended periods. Communicate information clearly. Operate a computer and maintain a valid driver’s license. Benefits
