Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive aggregate sales growth* Identify new business opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies within your territory* Coordinate closely with operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction* Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity to inform sales decisions* Meet or exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service and support**What Are We Looking For*** Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships and close sales opportunities* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills* Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and work independently* Business acumen with the ability to analyze market conditions and customer needs* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement**Work Environment*** Combination of field-based customer visits and office work* Regular travel within assigned territory* Collaborative, fast-paced environment supporting construction and infrastructure projects**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary, $86, 850 to $115,797, and participation in our annual incentive plan, 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions, highly competitive benefits programs, including:* Opportunities for professional growth and career development within a global organization* A strong safety culture and supportive team environment
