Assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker ENT products to meet customers’ needs. Conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating product value. Track territory progress, communicate wins with Sales Representatives, and seek to exceed goals. Use product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and instruct healthcare staff on use and maintenance. Provide excellent service and remain available to assist customers when needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. 1‑2years of medical sales or B2B experience preferred. Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive an automobile; approximately 20% travel. Physical ability to exert up to 50pounds of force occasionally and up to 20pounds constantly, and meet cognitive and dexterity requirements. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to self‑manage time, projects, stress, and conflict. Detail‑oriented, able to maintain confidential records. Strong ethics and integrity, capable of working independently in a competitive environment. Benefits and Compensation
Base salary of $77,000, with potential bonus and benefits. In‑house product training and field sales training provided. Travel and Work Environment
