Partner with internal teams to gather requirements and clarify business needs Perform data discovery, transformation, and blending using large, complex datasets Build and automate dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions that drive smarter decisions Translate technical findings into clear, compelling insights that influence action Apply statistical and analytical techniques to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities Measure outcomes, monitor results, and refine solutions based on impact Collaborate with peers and SMEs to deliver a holistic, enterprise‑ready view of data Ensure all data practices align with company standards, governance, and compliance Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience Preferred Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Alteryx (highly prioritized) and SQL Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Domo, Power BI, or Tableau Background in analytics, advanced analytics, or predictive modeling Solid understanding of data transformation and data modeling concepts Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — written and verbal Success Without
Successful analysts in this role are known for strong technical depth, especially with Alteryx and SQL. They turn loose or ambiguous requests into well‑defined deliverables, ask thoughtful questions that uncover the real problem to solve, build trust with business partners through clear communication and follow‑through, and continuously improve processes through automation and analytics innovation. Locations: St. Paul, MN – West Side Flats; Milwaukee, WI – River Center; Cincinnati, OH – Lunken Operations Center. This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Must be U.S. Citizen not on any type of Visa. Benefits

Pay Range: $105,400.00 – $124,000.00
