The Data Analyst partners closely with business leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic and operational decision‑making. This role is responsible for leading and executing analytical projects with a strong focus on business outcomes, customer experience, and performance improvement. The analyst operates with a high degree of autonomy, collaborates cross‑functionally, and serves as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders across the organization. How You’ll Make a Difference
Analytical Leadership & Insight Generation
Lead large, complex ad‑hoc and planned analytical initiatives from problem definition through insight delivery. Identify analytical opportunities, proactively surface business questions, and recommend data‑driven courses of action. Apply advanced analytical and statistical techniques to evaluate trends, performance drivers, customer behavior, and business outcomes. Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for senior leaders. Business Partnership
Act as a strategic partner and liaison between analytics, technology, and business teams. Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to define requirements, align on objectives, and influence decision‑making. Represent the analytics function in cross‑functional forums and presentations to management and senior leadership. Project & Work Management
Coordinate and prioritize multiple analytical projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness. Delegate components of work to junior analysts as appropriate and provide guidance to ensure strong analytical outcomes. Support team leads and managers with planning, prioritization, and delivery of analytics work. Data & Technical Expertise
Leverage advanced querying, database, and analytical tools to extract, analyze, and validate large, complex datasets. Ensure data integrity, consistency, and appropriate use across analyses. Develop a deep understanding of enterprise data environments, transactional systems, and the relationships between data sources. Communication & Influence
Present analytical findings and recommendations to a broad audience, including senior management. Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats, tailoring messages to technical and non‑technical audiences. Influence decisions by connecting insights to business strategy, risks, and opportunities. What We’re Looking For
Experience & Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in analytics, business, economics, statistics, or a related field. Strong experience performing business or data analysis in complex, fast‑paced environments. Demonstrated ability to independently lead analytical projects and manage competing priorities. Advanced analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Skills & Capabilities (Preferred)
Proficiency with analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau). Experience applying statistical techniques (e.g., regression, segmentation, trend analysis). Ability to mentor or provide informal leadership to junior analysts. Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to strategy and operational outcomes. Comfort operating under pressure and adapting quickly to changing priorities. Annual Salary
$91,225.00 - $141,450.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
