Sales Desk Manager – Dealership: L0378 Bell Road Toyota Responsibilities
Manage activities of all sales staff to ensure sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. Train, cross‑train, and develop all sales staff. Ensure sales goals are attained. Manage daily activity & training of sales staff. Ensure salespeople engage with customers. Address and resolve customer concerns. Qualifications
2-3 years of previous automotive sales management experience (required). Import experience (preferred). Proven track record with an exceptional CSI. Strong communication and customer engagement skills. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
