Position Senior Analyst - Digital Engineering - Backend Engineer (Manager) (Multiple Positions)

Responsibility Overview Collaborate with clients to transform their business through disruptive innovation enablement and transformational design solutions. Support clients in modernizing systems, processes, and products to enhance business and customer-facing platforms and services, supporting high performance in a rapidly changing competitive environment.
Deliver engineering solutions through all phases of the project lifecycle—requirements definition, engineering design, development, integration, and testing—based on a proven agile methodology.
Provide hands‑on technical capabilities in multiple programming languages and deliver high‑quality systems with a focus on reliability and excellent customer experience.
Assess the current technology environment and industry trends and provide recommendations for engagement and client service issues.
Manage and motivate diverse teams of professionals, consistently delivering quality client services by monitoring progress.
Maintain long‑term client relationships and networks, and cultivate business development opportunities.
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post‑baccalaureate work experience, or a Master’s degree and 4 years of work experience.
Must have 4 years of experience in technology software development and 3 years of experience in Java 1.7 or above.
Must have 3 years of experience with Java Frameworks such as Spring, Apache Spark, Hibernate, and/or ORM.
Must have 3 years of experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs.
Must have 3 years of hands‑on experience building applications or platforms with cloud native and microservices architecture, including IaaS, PaaS, and container deployment.
Must have 3 years of experience with modern collaborative development tools, such as Git and/or CI/CD pipelines.
Must have 3 years of experience working in an Agile and TDD environment.
Must have 3 years of experience delivering digital projects and products using appropriate agile project management methodology.
Must have 3 years of experience designing and architecting large business‑critical systems.
Must have 3 years of experience with at least one of the following technologies: Akka/Scala, Kafka/RabbitMQ, AngularJS/React JS, ElasticSearch, Hadoop/Spark/Flume, Mongo/Cassandra/Any NoSQL DB, RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres), Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Must have 2 years of experience managing a team of backend engineers.
Requirements for travel: up to 80% of the time, including 20% international.
