About the Role Z MANA is changing the Security and Smart Home automation market for the people of Hawaii. We are looking for someone to join us on this journey as we bring new technologies and excellent customer service to the islands.
Responsibilities
Sell and close deals in the C15/Low Voltage world (Alarm systems, Access Controls, Security Surveillance, Telecommunications, etc.).
Generate new leads and develop strategies for generating new business.
Understand account generation and the Security as a Service modeling structure.
Maintain end-to-end sales cycle from prospect to close.
Communicate product features to customers and answer questions.
Qualifications & Skills
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Security Alarm Industry.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Working knowledge of the C15/Low Voltage world.
Experience with Smart home and security alarm systems, 2GIG, Alarm.com a plus.
Excellent computer skills and social media proficiency.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Persistence and ability to rebound from setbacks.
Integrity and strong character.
Passion for customer satisfaction and capability to bring a strategy for generating leads.
