Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales Representative role based in Essington, PA. The Outside Sales Representative will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling on-site meetings with potential and existing clients. This role will conduct in-person sales presentations and product demonstrations, clearly explaining Logic’s physical security, access control, and infrastructure solutions. The individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in facilities, operations, and IT, providing responsive follow-up and ongoing account management. Day-to-day activities include preparing proposals and quotes, collaborating with internal technical teams to design tailored solutions, managing a sales pipeline, and achieving sales targets while accurately updating CRM records and sales reports.
Qualifications
Strong sales and presentation skills, including experience with Sales Presentations and clearly communicating technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability in Relationship Building and Customer Service, with a focus on long-term client partnerships and account management.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences and roles.
Demonstrated success in New Business Development, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals in a B2B environment.
Prior experience in security systems, access control, video surveillance, or low voltage/infrastructure sales is strongly preferred.
Comfort working in the field, visiting client sites, and collaborating with internal installation and engineering teams.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a sales territory, pipeline, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally within the region; occasional travel outside the region as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus.
