Communicating with customers and partners, making outbound calls and emails to potential customers, and following up leads.
Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information via email.
Engaging with prospective distribution and outside sales representative partners.
Creating and maintaining a CRM database of current and potential customers.
Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
Staying informed about competing products and services.
Upselling products and services.
Researching and qualifying new partners.
Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Education, Experience And Skills
High school diploma/GED.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Strong listening and sales skills.
Ability to achieve targets.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Education, Experience And Skills
Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce.com, Zoho CRM or equivalent.
Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:
Being physically present and available at our Monroe location.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
