Overview The
Sales Manager
is responsible for identifying, developing, and converting new customer opportunities in electronics manufacturing services, including SMT, PCBA, box-build assembly, TPMS, battery-related products, and other advanced manufacturing solutions. They blend strong technical knowledge, strategic selling, and relationship management to support customers throughout the product lifecycle—from design and prototype through production and post-launch support.
The
Sales Manager
is a proactive, customer-facing sales professional with a strong new-business development mindset. This role requires the ability to create new relationships, secure introductory meetings, bring qualified prospects to the Plano facility, and convert early customer discussions into RFQ and business opportunities.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred). Equivalent industry experience will be considered.
Experience
5+ years of B2B sales experience in electronics manufacturing or automotive electronics.
Direct experience with SMT, PCBA, or TPMS systems or services strongly preferred.
Proven success record of developing new business and growing strategic customer accounts, securing first meetings, developing opportunities, and converting prospects into RFQs, proposals, facility visits, or awarded business.
Experience working with OEM customers and cross-functional engineering teams.
Technical Knowledge
Ability to translate technical manufacturing capabilities into customer value.
Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes and terminology.
Strategic account management experience.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and customer specifications.
Strong business acumen with understanding of pricing, margins, and cost drivers.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Existing network within the electronics manufacturing industry strongly preferred
Soft Skills
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills. Strong outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and lead generation skills.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Other
Ability to travel 25–50% as required.
Frequent local travel within the Dallas–Fort Worth region may be required for customer visits, networking events, trade shows, and business development activities.
