We are looking for a dependable, professional & detail-oriented person with experience in Sales Administrative to add to the team in our Montgomery dealership. Come and work for a WINNING team!!
The Sales Administrator provides support to the Sales team in our GUR (Government, Utility & Refuse) department by performing a number of administrative tasks.
Essential Functions
Weekly Delivery Reports
Invoicing
Enter, file, and maintain MSO’s
Warranty Registrations
Issuing PO’s for GUR truck items
Closing Deals (Final Docs)
Distribute Daily and interdepartmental Mails
Consistent Communication with GUR customers
Maintain front Sales office supplies as needed
Any additional administrative duty as required

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in administrative support role and or Sales Support role for at least 2 years.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
Experience with Proceed is a plus
