Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Sell and promote the Cemen Tech product line in assigned territory.
Grow and develop customer relationships and loyalty to increase market share.
Prospect and cold call to increase customer base and market presence.
Quote and negotiate prices, credit terms, prepare contracts, record and close orders.
Provide on‑site expertise for demonstrations, machine inspections and technical support.
Maintain a contact‑management database and call log for the designated territory.
Manage market awareness and provide lost‑sales reports.
Provide status reports to the sales manager regarding achievement of goals and objectives.
Meet or exceed company targets for units, dollars, and gross profit.
Attend training and sales meetings as required.
Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of the Sales Department and the organization.
Ensure customer satisfaction and work with the sales team to understand customers’ expectations.
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of territory/customers/alliance partners, finance programs and products.
Broad business, sales, CRM and marketing skills.
Knowledge of heavy‑machinery dealer business practices.
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time with overnight stays required at times.
Qualification Valid driver’s license and equipment‑sales experience. Proficiency in driving sustainable results, focusing on customers, making sound decisions, influencing effectively, and building relationships.
Education, Skill, And/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four‑year college, or a minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers.
Strong problem‑solving skills.
Self‑management and self‑motivation.
PC literate, proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions.
Basic arithmetic skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
Quick learner with the ability to think outside the box.
Extensive driving required; overnight travel required.
Bilingual a plus.
Work Environment The work environment may involve wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, and outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is usually quiet.
Physical Demands The employee regularly stands, uses hands, reaches, talks or hears. Frequently walks, climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls. Occasionally sits. Regularly lifts or moves up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds. Requires close vision and color vision.
