Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Junior Sales Representative role based in Atlanta, GA. The Junior Sales Representative will support the sales team by prospecting new business leads, following up on inquiries, and assisting with outreach to potential clients across lifestyle, corporate, nonprofit, and startup sectors. Daily responsibilities include scheduling and attending in‑person meetings and events, presenting core service offerings, and helping tailor sales pitches to client needs in collaboration with marketing and account teams. The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing basic sales reports, and tracking progress toward individual and team targets. This position is ideal for an early‑career professional who is motivated to learn, build client‑facing skills, and grow within a performance‑driven marketing environment.
Qualifications
Foundational sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and comfort with outbound outreach (phone, email, and in‑person).
Strong communication abilities, with clear, concise verbal and written skills, and confidence presenting to small groups.
Basic understanding of marketing or interest in learning about direct and experiential marketing, brand activations, and campaign support.
Organizational skills, including time management, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accurate CRM and documentation.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to take direction, accept feedback, and work closely with sales, marketing, and account teams.
Customer‑focused attitude, with active listening skills and the ability to identify client needs and relay them to internal teams.
High level of reliability and professionalism, with the ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA, and attend client meetings and events as needed.
Preferred: Prior internship or entry‑level experience in sales, customer service, or marketing; familiarity with basic sales tools or CRM systems; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not required.
