Manage architectural projects through all phases of planning, design, documentation, bidding, and construction administration. Serve as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and project team members. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and staffing plans. Lead project meetings and coordinate activities among architects, engineers, planners, and specialty consultants. Monitor project performance to ensure quality, profitability, and adherence to client expectations. Review design and construction documents for technical accuracy, code compliance, and quality standards. Support contract negotiations, scope development, and proposal preparation. Assist in identifying and managing project risks and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Mentor junior architectural staff and provide technical guidance as needed. Participate in client presentations, stakeholder meetings, and project reviews. Support business development activities and maintain strong client relationships. Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Architecture from an accredited institution. Minimum 16 years of architectural experience, including project management responsibilities. Demonstrated experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction. Strong understanding of building codes, permitting processes, and construction practices. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and architectural design software. Preferred
Professional License (PE, AIA, or RA) preferred DoD security clearance or ability to obtain clearance preferred. Benefits

This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
