They help in maintaining customer databases, processing orders, and scheduling sales meetings and appointments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. The Entry Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Customer Service• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner• Provide product information and recommendations to customers• Maintain positive relationships with customersOrder Processing• Accurately enter and process customer orders• Ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped on time• Resolve any order discrepancies or issuesSales Support• Assist sales team with administrative tasks• Prepare and distribute sales reports and presentations• Coordinate sales meetings and eventsInventory Management• Monitor and track inventory levels• Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory counts• Communicate any inventory shortages or overstocksData Entry and Maintenance• Enter and maintain customer and product data in company database• Update and maintain customer accounts and contact information• Ensure data accuracy and completenessAdministrative Tasks• Manage and organize sales documents and files• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for sales team• Handle incoming calls and emailsTraining and Development• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends• Attend training sessions and workshops to improve skills• Mentor and train new sales support team membersHigh Impact Behaviors:• Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.• Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
