Supporting a growing client base, the full-time remote Senior Solutions Engineer will deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations, manage product implementations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and shape the product roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing how CData's solutions meet their business requirements
Take ownership of product implementation in client environments and collaborate with technical support to resolve issues promptly
Integrate client feedback and market trends to influence product development and participate in sales enablement initiatives
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BA, BS, or BE) in a STEM field
4+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or equivalent experience
Advanced coding skills in at least one programming language (Java or C# preferred)
Strong knowledge of database systems and SQL
Experience delivering technical presentations to senior-level client executives
