Position: HP Retail Sales Associate (Part‑Time) at Best Buy 766, Chesapeake, VA 23321. Pay: $17.50 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, primarily Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible Friday options. Next‑day pay available via DailyPay. Training completed online with $25 per month technology reimbursement. Responsibilities
Demonstrate HP products to customers, tailoring presentations to meet individual needs. Build rapport with customers and maintain professional relationships with store management and employees. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness. Provide competitive market insights and report customer interactions. Accurately document and report sales and activity to Retail Operations. Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, and presentable. Contribute to team effort by achieving related Sales goals and meeting performance metrics. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing (prior retail or customer service in electronics or tech is preferred). Strong product knowledge and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Tech‑savvy, problem‑solving ability, and outgoing personality. Ability to engage customers, overcome objections, and guide product selection. Excellent integrity, customer confidentiality respect, and ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Benefits
